Changes in Economic Conditions and Health Insurance Coverage, 2000-2004.
- Abstract
The article looks at the change in economic conditions and health insurance coverage in the U.S. from 2000-20004, which appeared in the November-December 2005 issue of "Health Affairs." From the period covered, six million more U.S. non-elderly adults joined the ranks of the uninsured, mostly due to the decline in employer-sponsored health coverage.
