- Abstract
The article discusses the court case E-16/10 Philip Morris Norway v. Staten v/Helse- og omsorgsdepartement. In the case, the company Philip Morris Norway challenged the decision of the District Court of Oslo in Norway to ban visual display as tobacco at points of sale is unlawful under Article 11 of the European Economic Area (EEA). It discusses the ruling of the EFTA Court in the case, which stated that ban on visual display of products like tobacco does not affect its sale.
