- Abstract
We analyze the value of Visual Design in the context of new digital technologies as basic tools of knowledge management and international marketing for the business organizations. The discussion focuses on public-policy of sectoral competitiveness in the region, which seeks the inclusion of these in the knowledge networks and trade as a trend-axis of the dynamics of organizational development. The method used is based on case studies in ten exporting companies of different sizes Caldas. The data is obtained from a variety of sources, both qualitative and quantitative: Website of complies under study; documentary analysis (Atlas /Ti) and interview in depth.
