- Abstract
Formal education in Brazil still happens in the lack of service to gifted people. This fact demands public educational policies that guarantee the process of school formation a foundation of inclusion to meet the potential and concrete needs of all students without distinction. We focus here on Vocational and Technological Education - - EPT because we understand the urgency of this fact for the integral, contextualized and omnilateral development of subjects in the educational world. Through an exploratory research, we seek to encourage the improvement of care for gifted people in basic education. The articulation between the different schools in EPT should focus on formulating an action about what are the existing gaps in the existing educational policies so that, from there, new proposals can be drawn for the expansion of educational practices and school activities that meet the proposed objectives of structural inclusion, with adequate infrastructure to serve elementary school students with giftedness at EPT.
