- Abstract
The article presents a case study on textual and historical revisionism in the U.S. and discusses the role of implementing doctrines in constitutional adjudication. It reflects on the articles "The Subjects of the Constitution" and "The Objects of the Constitution" by Nicholas Rosenkranz and analyzes Rosenkranz's theory that the meaning of constitutional language should determine the structure of judicial review.
