- Abstract
The article focuses on the identification of a set of disease-associated genes by molecular profiling of CD34 cells idiopathic myelofibrosis (IM). The molecular profiling of CD34 cells revealed a limited number of genes with altered expression that are associated with IM patients' clinical characteristics and may have potential prognostic application. The clinical significance of Wilms' tumor gene 1 was also revealed.
