The article focuses on the efficacy of Gardasil vaccination in patients with recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP) caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). Topics discussed include characterization of the disease through proliferative lesions arising in larygeal mucosa, microdebrider endolarygeal surgery, and significant reduction in the number of required procedures pre-treatment.
