- Abstract
The article explores ways for ensuring no safe haven for government contractors committing human rights violations overseas. Topics discussed include the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in the case "Kiobel v. Royal Dutch Petroleum Co.;" need of the U.S. Government to favor standardization of liability for human rights violations; and rules and standards of liability governing contractors to perform nonmilitary or private security work overseas.
