- Abstract
The article offers information on the study regarding the generation of bioelectricity from sewage water and sludge through proton exchange membrane-based microbial fuel cell (MFC) technology. The study collects anaeorbic sludge and water from the Sewage Treatment Plant at Sri Ramaswamy Memorial (SRM) University in Chennai, India. Result shows that a total of 0.6-0.85 voltage (V) output have obtained from each MFC.
