- Abstract
Dysplastie gangliocytoma of the cerebellum or also known as Lhermitte-Duclos disease (LDD) is a rare disorder characterized by a slowly enlarging mass lesion in the cerebellum. It is associated with phacomatosis and an autosomal dominant neoplastic syndrome like Cowden's syndrome. Modern neuroimaging contributes to diagnosis and postoperative evaluation. Here, we report a case of LDD in a young male patient.
