- Abstract
The article discusses the Representative Claimants v MGN Ltd wherein the defendant appeals for reduction in level of compensations to the claimants in case of phone hacking. The article reports that the appeal was dismissed by the court on the grounds of breach to persons privacy. The article also stated that the claimants were granted compensations by Mr Justice Mann and provides comments by Lady Justice Arden on the cases decision.
