- Abstract
Symbrachydactyly is a rare congenital malformation of the hand comprising of hypoplastic digits and presence of rudimentary nubbins. There are various classification systems categorizing the type of symbrachydactyly. This condition poses a psychological burden on the child's parents. The management involves an occupational therapist and a paediatric hand surgeon, who aim to restore functionality of the affected hand and minimize the disability.
