- Abstract
The article suggests ways on how to create a professional learning community. It explores the three major aspects that can make the program productive, effective and successful. First, is the collaborative inquiry cycle which is used to identify a problem of a student that needs attention and improvement. Second, is to have a deep conversation with colleagues involving teaching and student learning goals. Third, is the use of improving approach which can be used by teachers in examining student work.
