- Abstract
Summary Acquired hair kinking of scalp hair in adults is an unusual, rarely reported phenomenon. There are several possible aetiologies, including drug-induced changes, diffuse partial woolly hair, and acquired progressive kinking of hair (APKH). We report a case of focal APKH occurring in an adult woman. This was associated with a previously unreported feature, that of eyelash involvement.
