- Abstract
The article offers information on a study which explores the medicinal use of perennial herb Matricaria chamomilla. It discusses the benefits of the plant for treatment of illnesses including ulcers, skin irritations, and hemorrhoids and utilization of the plant as an ingredient for tisanes and herbal teas. Chromatographic analysis reveals that the plant consist chemical components including flavonoids, coumarins, and sesquiterpenes.
