- Abstract
The article presents the result of the study which examines the chemical constituents of Trewia nudiflora's stem bark. It notes that the study was conducted through mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. It reveals that the stem bark is composed of nine fractions including trewiasine, balanophonin, and ficusal. The structures of these compounds are also elaborated.
