- Abstract
The suitability evaluation of urban construction is an important content of resource and environment carrying capacity and national land development suitability evaluation, and it is also the basis of land spatial planning and management. Taking Ningde City, Fujian Province, which is a representative city in the southeast coastal volcanic rock area, as an example, a suitability evaluation system for urban construction was constructed based on the "double evaluation" guideline, and the suitability and potential of urban construction were evaluated and analyzed, and then the future development direction and potential of the city were analyzed. Layout suggestions. The area suitable for urban construction in Ningde City is 2 682.88 km², accounting for 19.98% of the land area of the whole region; the unsuitable area for urban construction is 5 979.06 km², accounting for 44.53% of the land area of the whole region. Affected by typical landforms in the volcanic rock area, the contiguousness of the suitable areas for urban construction is poor and the distribution is relatively scattered, while the contiguousness of the suitable areas for urban construction in the granite area is relatively good. The distribution characteristics and contiguousness of suitable areas are generally controlled by the topography and landforms of different lithology areas, and the differences among counties (districts, cities) are obvious. There are many types of ecological function land in the potential area, and rural homesteads, tea gardens, and orchards are well-equipped. Urban expansion construction supply potential. It is suggested to strengthen the development direction of "development along the east and advance to the west", form an urban development pattern of "one core-three axes-multiple clusters", and achieve a coordinated development situation of mountains and seas.
