Abstract
The article focuses on the Indigenous Peoples in Venezuela and the challenges they face regarding their rights, territories, and well-being. It highlights that out of the total population of 27,227,930, there are 724,592 Indigenous individuals belonging to 51 different peoples. It mentions the legal and regulatory provisions established in Venezuela to protect the rights of Indigenous Peoples, including the constitutional guarantees.
