- Abstract
The article discusses various issues involving the Indigenous Peoples in Cambodia, and it mentions groups that speak Mon-Khmer or Austronesian languages, as well as information about the Cambodian government's adoption of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. An indigenous rights movement in Cambodia is addressed, along with deforestation, land insecurity, the Cambodian Peoples Party, and a disregard for indigenous peoples' free, prior, and informed consent.
