- Abstract
The article presents a case study of nine year old girl who was presented to hospital for short stature. It notes diagnosis of Turner syndrome (TS) mosaic with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura which is an autoimmune disease; and mentions treatment with growth hormone (GH) therapy. It also mentions that turner syndrome presents as an X chromosome abnormality with various congenital defects, hypogonadism, and short stature.
