- Abstract
The article presents an evaluation on the case of a 34-year-old pregnant woman having a male fetus with congenital abnormalities. The fetus is presented with distended bladder, bilateral hydroureters, dilated proximal urethra, and hyperechogenic kidneys. It also discusses the use of four-dimensional (4D) ultrasonography in identifying the urethral obstruction, as well as the guidance of percutaneous cytoscopy.
