- Abstract
The article discusses a study focusing on the proinflammatory, granulocyte macrophage–colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF)-producing human memory B cells in the multiple sclerosis (MS) disease. Topics discussed include the B cell depletion therapy (BDCT), the proinflammatory myeloid responses of MS patients, and the use of transducer and activator of signal transcription 5 (STAT5)– and STAT6-dependent mechanism in the study.
