- Abstract
The article explores issues of ancient India and how priestly tradition aligns the identities of kings and warriors and its ideals with weaponry. It discusses the order for the Michigan arms company Trijicon Inc. to stop embossing chapter-verse references to scriptures of New Testament on U.S. military gun sights. It highlights how martial paraphernalia and ancient Indian weapons can be examined on how they are coded with ideological and symbolic values.
