- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 40 year‑old men with a discharging sinus, continuous fever and discomfort or pain in the area surrounding the rib cage. Topics discussed include rare occurrence of spontaneous caverno-pleurocutaneous fistula in pulmonary tuberculosis, visceral and parietal pleural adhesion due to cavity rupture in chest wall without spillage into the pleural cavity, and diagnosis of disease with the help of contrast enhanced computerized tomography and retrograde sinogram.
