- Title
Does the Market Need to Be Made Social?
- Authors
Stuart, Gisela
- Abstract
The article focuses on whether economic market needs to be transformed as a social facility. It says that Ludwig Erhard, a man known as the father of Social Market in Germany, claims that market is already social for social benefits and needs not to be socialized. Some people believe that curbing of free-markets will help achieve social objectives. It adds that the improvement on investment return rates to normalize interest rates requires policies that promote efficient social market functions.
