- Abstract
The article offers information on the use of environmental exploitation plan as an administrative form of action. It mentions that as prescribed by the European Union Law, the content of the plan should be comparatively specific with regards to additional measure, and is not considered as general guidelines of a useful nature as are tactical environmental policy programs and plans. It states that the primary purpose of the environmental exploitation plan is to match up additional environmental law decisions such as permits, spatial planning, precepts, activity limitations, and traffic. It says that the environmental exploitation plans should not contain direct precepts for individuals, and cannot replace for the legal basis needed for environmental acts.
