- Abstract
The article discusses legal issues of revenge pornography which is online posting of sexually explicit photographs without subject's consent, usually by rejected ex-boyfriends. Topics include victims been subjected to harassment, stalking, and threats of sexual assault; the U.S. First Amendment not protecting incitement, threats, obscenity and child pornography; constitutional objections to a statute that bans revenge pornography; and free speech problem raised by revenge pornography.
