- Abstract
In this paper, 16SrDNA molecular detection method was used, and the distributions of five bacteria genera from fresh tomatoes were analyzed to find out the harmful factors in tomatoes. The result showed that the detected bacteria belonged to Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Pantoea, Enterobacter and Erwinia, respectively, in which most of them were rot bacteria which led to the soft rot of fresh tomatoes as well as the interactions between soft-rot and human pathogens would act, so the research in related fields should be strengthened.
