- Abstract
"Geronimo" was the Osama Bin Laden's nickname used for American Special Forces. Far before the 9/11 attacks, "Geronimo" was been wanted around the world. After the 9/11, he had been much more wanted. Under Barack Obama presidency, plenty of strategies -- Special Forces and drones, for example -- has been put on against "Geronimo" and his partners. In March 2nd, 2011 "Geronimo" was eliminated. After that, the president Obama has beginning to say that "a decade of war is ending". The American central troubles are over. Right now, United States could move back to its traditional questions and essential problems, like the 2008 financial crisis. The much more important Obama' speech in his earlier second term was in May 2013 at National Defense University when Obama shows the American strategy to overcome the crucial problems and looking for the very comfortable place of United States as global player in the international system. This article aimed to analyze the meanings of this strategy and its possible consequences.
