The article offers information on the history, development and significance of the international public health law and international intellectual property law. It discusses the role of multipolarity in rebalancing the international intellectual property protections and international public health law. It focuses on the development of a network of bilateral, regional and multilateral investment and trade treaties under efforts of the World Trade Organization and the World Health Organization.
