- Abstract
The article presents the author's views on the Disability Discrimination Law, which was designed as a civil rights course that focused on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The author discusses the purpose of enacting ADA, the public right-of- way project, and introduces significant issues of doctrine, theory, and policy under the ADA. She also offers a significant context in exploring the issues and tensions beneath the disability law and the disability rights movement.
