- Title
THE SCIENCE TEACHING OF TOMORROW.
- Authors
Wood, George C.
- Abstract
The article reflects on the impact of the teachings of science on future generations in the U.S. It describes that science of tomorrow (SoT) will stress the process of scientific thinking and the introduction of the use of experimental method. It explains that with the SoT, the youth will be trained to recognize each step and make them skilled. It argues that SoT will provide much less stress for textbooks and it will give more emphasis to the things that the text suggests as worth doing. It gives emphasis to the importance of the recognition of truth and the significance of the law of cause and effect.
