- Abstract
Objective: to analyze the diagnostic profile of adolescents. Method: methodological type study, developed in the city of Redenção/CE, with 114 adolescents aged between 12 and 19 years from public schools. For the appointment of nursing diagnoses, we used the NANDA-I. Results: the most prevalent nursing diagnoses were acute pain (46%), imbalanced nutrition: more than the body's requirements (21%), willingness to improved nutrition (17.5%), impaired dentition (11.4%) and sedentary lifestyle (10.5%). Conclusion: through this study we realize the importance of the use of nursing diagnoses in the school environment, as it allows to identify human responses that stage, and plan health promotion activities according to the real needs of adolescents.
