- Abstract
The article presents the study about the confirmation of North American ancylid Ferrissia fragili as a cryptic invader of European and East Asian freshwater ecosystems. It notes that ecosystems are begin to reshaped by ongoing human-mediated transoceanic biotic exchange. According to the sutdy that an evidence of large subunit ribosomal DNA belonged to the North American ancylid freshwater limpet Ferrissia fragilis and as the first European record.
