- Abstract
The article discusses the author's claim that an anti-corruption treaty negotiated by the World Trade Organization (WTO) could improve the global enforcement of anti-bribery laws. Potential remedies for the breach of an anti-bribery law are examined, along with information about the United Nations Convention against Corruption and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions.
