COMMENT PENSIONS AND PASSIVITY.
- Authors
Wolk, Bruce A.
- Abstract
This article comments on the article by Professor Gregory S. Alexander dealing with corporate pension plans as a passive property. It refutes the major assertion of Professor Alexander that there is some form of unseen socialist revolution in pension plans because they have become the owners of a major portion of U.S. corporate equity and debt. It discusses the view of Professor Alexander that pension plans are a device for accomplishing democracy in the workplace.
