- Abstract
This article focuses on the court ruling given in Formigli Corp. v. Alcar Builders Inc. case. Federal court ordering arbitration under building subcontract providing for arbitration under Pennsylvania law has no power to appoint arbitrator where Sec. 163 of the Pennsylvania Arbitration Act provides for order by state court to proceed with arbitration.
