- Abstract
A case study is presented of a 72-year-old man with four weeks of back pain of insidious onset, without fever or constitutional symptoms. It informs that magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was done that demonstrated spondylodiscitis. It informs that the woman was also reported with chronic osteoarthritis involving both hips and spine, and computed tomography was performed that demonstrated destructive changes in the T5/T6 sections of intervertebral disc.
