- Abstract
The article discusses the concept of teamwork in the rehabilitation of the human being, with emphasis on the area of clinical treatment. Teamwork is a combined democratic and multiprofessional union that is dedicated towards a purpose of rendering the effective treatment of an individual. It is a process of equal partnership among personnel and the client itself in the treatment process. Real teamwork creates significant accomplishment regardless of the obstacles met in the treatment of patients in the clinical setting.
