- Abstract
The article presents the case study of an 83-year-old man with inguinal hernia. The patient underwent colonoscopy, fluoroscopy, and total gastrectomy. It states that laparoscopic examination of the patient revealed an indirect inguinal hernia on the left side with content of sigmoid colon. It adds that the sigmoid colon entered into the hernia sac by way of changing to the head-up position.
