- Abstract
The article presents the discussion on case study of 2-month-old previously healthy, full-term female with fever, nonbloody emesis, and melena. Topics include physical exam was notable for pulmonary rales, abdominal distention, and signs of severe dehydration but no dysmorphic features or palpable lymphadenopathy; and moderate tricuspid valve regurgitation, and mild mitral valve regurgitation.
