- Abstract
This article proposes to use the Hirschman model, Exit, Voice, Loyalty (EVL) as a grid of the fight against the decline of the organization through the following question: how can the EVL model be mobilized for strategic thinking around organizational learning? To answer the question, we propose two configurations of Exit, Voice, Loyalty with opposite consequences on organizational learning. The relevance of this model is discussed in relation to its application to organizational learning. We then confront this model with the field of experimentation, a public hospital, before discussing the results.
