- Abstract
The article discusses the application of MAMAP, a new spectrometer system designed to measure the dry columns of methane and carbon dioxide from aircraft. The remote sensing instrument has two optical grating spectrometers and can be operated in both nadir and zenith geometry during the flight. MAMAP measurements are important to close the gap between satellite data.
