- Abstract
The article describes two cases of patients who are taking at-home ketamine obtained from online health care providers. A 46-year old man received at-home ketamine for management of unipolar depression, generalized anxiety and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. A 65-year old suffered from dysthymia and mild anxiety and experience dissociation after taking oral doses of dissolvable at-home ketamine.
