- Abstract
The authors discuss a study regarding the optimization of the contents of genome-scale network reconstruction (GENRE). Topics include the initial reconstruction of GENRE for Haemophilus influenza in 1999, suggestions on modeling standards for the relationship between genes and proteins in a certain biochemical transformation, and the 33% of the enzymatic activities found in GENREs to the Braunschweig enzyme database (BRENDA).
