- Abstract
The article focuses on legitimacy question of a magistrate spearheading novel approaches and suggests that innovation, while representing a challenge to a magistrate's legitimacy. It mentions understandings to sketch out lessons for future innovation including for a mobile ‘solution-focused' justice model and procedural justice plays a key role in relationships. It also mentions courts ultimately want to preserve the integrity of the courts as an institution.
