- Abstract
The article focuses on the challenge of promoting informed voting at referendums in Australia and the legal regulation of referendums affects the capacity of citizens to both form a view on reform proposals. It suggests that a variety of reform measures that might make citizens better able to meet the challenge of informed referendum voting. It also mentions that Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) responsible for administering the suite of voting methods.
