The article focuses on the use of practices of talent analytics and Big data against privacy and employment discrimination issues in Australia. Topics discussed include the use of Big data to examine the actions of employees, the anti-discrimination laws in Australia used to regulated employment discrimination, and employer opportunities provided by talent analytics that use predictive techniques to improve the accuracy of employment recruitment and retention decisions.
