- Abstract
The article focuses on the roles and benefits of assessable class participation (ACP), interactive classroom learning technique, and discusses its use in legal education in the University of New South Wales Law School, Sydney, Australia. It analyzes the learning benefits of ACP within scope of social learning theory. It also determines the ACP's ability to reinforce degree program learning outcomes and offers recommendation to minimize barriers to class participation.
