- Abstract
The article presents the results of the first large-scale Australia survey of teachers related to child sexual abuse in three states including New South Wales, Queensland and Western Australia. The results indicate levels of teacher knowledge of reporting duties and also provide insights of reporting practice and legal compliance. In this regard, the findings affects the reform for legislation and policy, training of teachers pertaining to the reporting of child sexual abuse and the enhancement of child protection.
